Overview

The client portal url is https://client.sweepandgo.com and its only objective is to increase client convenience and minimize the backoffice time burden.

Residential and commercial clients may use the account switcher to switch between multiple Sweep&Go accounts.

Manage all your accounts without having to log out

Common use cases:

  • Client moves from one metro area to another and continues using the same brand name. Example: From Houston Magnificent Scoopers to Phoenix Magnificent Scoopers. The switcher will be active if the profile is not disabled in Houston Magnificent Scoopers.
  • Client used one service provider and then switched to another service provider. If the original service provider did not disable the client profile and the client is using the same email address to log in, the client would be able to see both accounts within the account switcher.
  • Client has multiple properties and signed up with different service providers in the same and/or different service areas.
  • Client has own account but is paying for other client as well (example, daughter paying for her parents)

Please note that the client with the same email address associated with multiple accounts will be automatically logged into all accounts.

If the client or service provider do not wish to see the account switcher in the client portal:

  • Have a client use a different email address for each client account.
  • If a client changed service provider, the client may ask original service provider to disable their account.
